Teacher's Pet

This past week Abigail and I took our first Mommy/Daughter road trip to San Antonio sans Daddy. I was really nervous about making the drive by myself with her, but thanks to many answered prayers, Abigail did great! Not only was she wonderful for both the trip down and back, she was so sweet and flexible with the non-existent schedule while in San Antonio.

Seeing as we were there during the week, Abigail got the opportunity to visit both grandmas at their respective schools. Proud Grandmas showed her off to the entire school. She met teachers, secretaries, principles, and even lunch ladies, but most importantly lots and lots of KIDS! After all the kids waving at her all week, Abigail has perfected her wave. Thanks to the scholars of Winston and Knowlton Elementary, Abigail now waves at everyone she meets. :)
