Abigail Welcomes Rosalie ("Rosie") Neff

Abigail's Great Uncle Jon and Great Aunt Susan have been desperately trying to adopt for the past 5 years. Just when it was beginning to seem like they would never be parents, God brought Rosalie into their lives. We are so happy for this new little family, and praise God for bringing baby Rosie into a loving Christian home.

Rosie is Abigail's "2nd Cousin."
